2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) To restrain the respondent no. 2 3,7 and 8 the District Magistrate, the Superintendent of Police, District- West Champaran, the Officer in-charge of SC/ST P.S. Bagaha and the officer-incharge of Mahila P.S. Bagaha West Champaran

Patna High Court CWJC No.14545 of 2016(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/3 respectively, from illegally capturing and irrupting the petitioner from his agricultural work on the purchased land of the petitioner with pretext to establish the SC/ST Police Station, and Mahila Police station on it, without initiating a land acquisition case and without following the due procedure, and also to restrain the respondents from dispossessing the petitioner from his own land.

(ii) To direct the respondent authorities to remove the cemented pillars which have been piled on the land of the petitioner for constructing the ST/SC Police Station and Mahila Police Station without prior notice to the petitioner, and without paying any compensation and without following the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act.

(iii) To stay the construction work of the SC/ST Police Station and Mahila Police Station on the land of the petitioner without initiating the land acquisition case and without having legally acquired the same from the petitioner.

(iv) For grant of any relief or reliefs as the petitioner deemed fit, proper and entitled.

3. At the outset, both the petitioner as also the learned

4. In that background, treating the writ petition to be infructuous, disposed of.
