JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 173/18, disclosing offences under Sections 447, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners, who are ladies is that they along with others assaulted the informant causing injuries to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed to them and they are ladies and ready to abide by any condition imposed on them for grant of bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM -VIII, Siwan, in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 173/18, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
