Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 307, 120B and 34 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20637 of 2017 (3) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation of firing and commission of death of the son of the informant is against co-accused, Anup Singh and Anuj Singh. Informant is eye witness of the occurrence. Name of the petitioner transpired during the investigation as the person who was standing outside the house of the informant at the time of occurrence. The learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer on the ground that the petitioner is accused in two similar nature of cases.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, above named, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, Siwan, or successor Court.
