2. The petitioner apprehend their arrest in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 160 of 2014 for the offence registered under sections 328, 302, 34 of the IPC lodged on 29.08.2014.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that when her husband was returning after attending the nature's call, allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner offered him 'tadi' laced with poisonous substance whereafter, he started vomiting and later was declared dead upon reaching the hospital. This led to the FIR.
4. Though learned counsel for the petitioners tried to

No.12935 of 2025(5) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 impress upon this Court regarding the innocence of the petitioners, learned APP submits that FIR was lodged in the year 2014, the petitioners are named as an accused in the said case, they took eleven long years to move before this Court.
5. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the delay of a decade when the petitioners' name figured in the FIR, it would be appropriate that the petitioners surrender and seek bail.
