The petitioner in this writ petition seeks quashing of the order dated 10.12.2019, passed by the learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya by which the learned A.C.J.M. rejected the petition of the petitioner for release of his tractor on the ground that the confiscation proceeding is pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the confiscation proceeding is pending, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue the

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the confiscation proceeding. The confiscation officer is directed to dispose of the confiscation case within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
