The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of the informant's daughter by the accused persons including the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the victim has stated that she went away with co-accused Niraj Kumar and the petitioners have no specific overt-act in respect of abduction of the victim. The

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Puja Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhojpur, Ara/concerned Court in connection with Tiyar P.S.
