2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 30a of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 25 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of which petitioner is the registered owner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that petitioner is the owner of the vehicle from which there is recovery of illicit liquor and he has also got one criminal antecedent of similar nature, as such, he cannot
