This application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate steps against the accused persons.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State in which it is stated that the investigation of the case is complete and the charge-sheet has been filed under Section 364 I.P.C. against six accused persons.

Learned counsel for the State submits that all the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.127 of 2021(3) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 accused persons were arrested and the case has already been committed to the court of session and is pending there. In the aforesaid view of the matter nothing survives for adjudication in the present application. It is disposed of as having become infructuous.
