This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 30(a), 37(a)(b)(c) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the river side country made liquor was recovered and the same was suspected to be of the petitioner and of co-accused, Ramashish Yadav, who has already been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 20174 of 2017. The petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 918 of 2016 (G.R. No. 3877 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
