2. The present application has been filed:

to review the order dated 7.4.2016 passed by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shiva Ji Pandey in C.W.J.C. No. 6682 of 2013 whereby the writ application filed by the petitioners has been dismissed on the on the ground that " the petitioners are at the verge of their superannuation. It will not be proper for entertain such an application and that

3. The short order of the Writ Court dated 07.04.2016 read as follows:

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are working on Non-Formal Education Programme. After its closure, they were retrenched from the service. Later on, this Court had given sympathetic consideration on their plight and directed for rehabilitation. The petitioners were given a chance to join their respective places but, they failed. Again the Government has shown sympathy, extended the benefit but, could not be materialized.

It appears that the petitioners are at the verge of their superannuation. It will not be proper for this Court to entertain such an application and that too after a lapse of eight years.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is dismissed.

4. Learned State Counsel submits and the learned counsel representing the petitioners too admit that they missed the bus as observed by the Writ Court.

5. In that background, when the petitioners
