Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 448, 323, 354B, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner inflicted knife blow on the brother of the informant causing injury on his abdomen.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application and submits that there is specific allegation of assault against the petitioner and doctor has found the injury,
