2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Amhara) P.S. Case No.969 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is to have misappropriated crores of rupees of C.S.P. of the concerned Bank.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is quite innocent has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this present case. It has further been submitted that the petitioner was only an employee under operator namely Suraj Kumar and hs is not involved in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16356 of 2024(2) dt.15-03-2024 2/2 alleged occurrence and there is no any direct allegation against the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the petition and he is in custody since 15.12.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances that similarly situated co-accused persons namely Bittu Kumar has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 13978 of 2024 vide order dated 01.03.2024, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Amhara) P.S. Case No.969 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.
