The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the director of Rashtriya Vidhi Nagrik Shiksha Karyakram demanded Rs. 3000/- from each applicant for purchasing kit box. On such information, the police went to the office of the NGO. The petitioner disclosed that he did not take money from any of the applicant but, some receipts showing acknowledgement of receipts of Rs. 3000/- and other applications were seized.

No.22332 of 2017 (2) dt.18-05-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner runs Rashtriya Vidhi Nagrik Shiksha Karyakram, NGO and issued identity cards/cards on which fundamental rights and duties are inscribed and distribute among the students. It is further submitted that the petitioner took money from the candidates who worked in the NGO for providing kit box in which camera etc. are fixed. The NGO of the petitioner is duly registered. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 11.03.2017, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Patna in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017.
