The petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 05.02.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 31⁄2 months and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017.
