JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Saharsha Sadar P.S. Case No. 286 of 2010, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 409, 120(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he and other accused persons has constituted the Central Bank Employee Savings and Credit Self Supported Co-operative Society and the petitioner happens to be the agent of that company and they have collected huge amount of money from the customers and thereafter misappropriated the same. It appears that the case is of the year 2010.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is only an agent and other accused person has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by different Coordinate

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-( Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Saharsha Sadar P.S. Case No. 286 of 2010 , subject to that condition that laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Amjad/SKSuman.
