This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification/ clarification of the order dated 19.02.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous NO. 9693 of 2019 by which petitioners who are ladies were granted regular bail. "The order is clarified that petitioners shall be well represented on each and every date and shall remain physically present when directed by the trial court and in case of non appearance or non representation on two consecutive dates without any valid and sufficient reason the trial court is at liberty to cancel their bail bonds."

Subject to the aforesaid modification, the petition is disposed of.
