Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 and 24 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 15 grams of brown sugar was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2018 and he has got no criminal antecedent. Co-accused Sujeet Kumar, from whose possession 18 grams of brown sugar was recovered, has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11153 of 2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
