JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2025 The learned senior counsel for the opposite parties seeks to file a supplementary show-cause on behalf of opposite party nos. 2, 4 and 5, which is taken on record.

It is submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 03.09.2019, passed in CWJC No.17928 of 2019, the Circle Officer, Runnisaidpur has already initiated an encroachment proceeding, vide Encroachment Case No.04 of 2025-26, notices have been issued to the encroachers under Section 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and the final order under Section 6(1) of the said Act shall definitely

Patna High Court MJC No.577 of 2020(3) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 be passed within a period of one week from today and accordingly, the consequential action shall also be taken within a period of four weeks thereafter. It is directed, accordingly.

3. It is needless to state that in case the Circle Officer, Runnisaidpur does not adhere to the aforesaid time line, he shall not draw his salary.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
