This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 397 of 2009, Tr. No. 1312 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 366(A), 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant has filed affidavit that the present petitioner did not commit any evil act with the petitioner and she is residing in her matrimonial house.

Learned Addl. P.P. has opposed and the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforementioned fact and
