This petition for Habeas Corpus has been filed
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.3330 of 2018(3) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 alleging that the 11th respondent was under the unlawful confinement of her father.
Other allegations with regard to relationship being claimed by the petitioner have been made but it is not necessary to go into the same. The reason being that the 11th respondent has appeared in person before us as per our directions and has been identified by her counsel to be such who has stated before the Court and also endorsed her statement in the ordersheet that she is not under unlawful confinement and that she wishes to go and stay along with her father.
Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus petition stands consigned to records.
The Bank Draft, of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) that had been deposited by the petitioner, has been handed over to the 11th respondent and a receipt has been given by her counsel acknowledging the same.
