The present Writ Petition has been filled for the following reliefs:- " .......... for grant of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction (s) to the respondents to direct the respondent no. 5 to accept the application of the petitioner for an electrical connection alongwith the requisites amount alongwith which will be installed at Plot No. 2587, Tauzi No.

5339 under Khata No. 1640 situated in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4123 of 2024(3) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 Revenue Mauza- Digha, Mohalla- Rajiv Nagar, P.S. Rajiv Nagar, Circle Patna Sadar in the district of Patna; and any other appropriate writs, order(s), direction(s) which your Lordships may deem fit and proper."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the writ petition may be disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to accept the application made by the petitioner along with the requisite amounts and consider the same in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to accept the application of the petitioner for an electrical connection along with the requisite amount and consider the same strictly in accordance with law. The Respondent No 5 is directed to consider the said application within a period of four weeks from the date of the copy of the receipt of this order.
