Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hathwa P. S. case no. 71/2012 registered under sections 366, 367 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code as well as 27 of the Arms Act. Victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C has completely denied the allegation levelled against the petitioners which is evident from annexure 2 to this petition. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Hathwa P.
