2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 504 and 34 of the of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that the injury report discloses simple injury caused by hard blunt substance which belies the allegation of assault by knife attributed to the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or

No.12223 of 2016 (3) dt.28-03-2016 surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
