The instant writ application has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 13.9.2018 passed in Kargahar P.S. Case no.45 of 2018 by the learned Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram, for direction to release the petitioner's vehicle bearing registration no.UP 70-ET-4459 of the model Tata Motors Mega pick up van seized in the above case and for other reliefs to which he is found entitled. As jointly agreed, the instant application is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 8.7.2020 passed in C.W.J.C.
