2. The petitioner, who is a Grade IV employee, has superannuated from the service. He has approached this Court for direction to the respondent authorities for revising his pension as per the VIth and VIIth Pay Commission recommendation; to give him his first and

Patna High Court CWJC No.8115 of 2019 dt.16-05-2019 2/3 second Time Bound Promotion and 3rd MACP from the date from which he is entitled to and for other reliefs which have been set out in paragraph -1 of the writ petition.

3. The petitioner is constrained to state that despite his having represented before the concerned authorities a number of times, no action has been taken for redressal of his grievances. The petitioner, to his estimation is entitled to all such reliefs which has been prayed for in the present petition and which has been withheld from him without any reason.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Department of Forest, Government of Bihar, Aranya Bhawan, Sahid Peer Alik Khan Marg, Patna (respondent no. 2) within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same, shall, after verifying the records, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.
