Having considered the averments made in the application and having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that the absence of the petitioner and/or his counsel from the Court on 04.02.2016 was for reasons beyond their control.
In view of the above and in the interest of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8125 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 justice, the order, dated 04.02.2016 aforementioned, is hereby set aside and Cr.
W.J.C.
