The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016, registered under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recovery of 5 litre country made liquor kept in a plastic gallon from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner being lady has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. No.20948 of 2017 (2) dt.12-05-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
