Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial of the petitioner is at an advance stage and, except Investigating Officer, all other witnesses have been examined. In that view of the matter, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Dilip Paswan is rejected with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 64 of 2013 (S.T. No. 529 of 2015) within a period of three months from today.
