Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the informant who need proper investigation of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 215 of 2021 dated 17.07.2021 instituted under Sections 147, 149, 363, 364, 302 & 201 of the I.P.C.

Counsel for the State submits that this case may be disposed off in the light of order passed in Surendra Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr. WJC. No. 153 of 2017 and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022.

In this view of the matter, the present criminal writ

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.427 of 2023(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 petition is disposed off with direction to the petitioner to file representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna in the light of the order passed in Surendra Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr. WJC. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases decide on 09.09.2022 within four weeks' from today and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna shall consider the representation and take appropriate action.
