The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No. 97 of 2017, G.R. No. 2860 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner is that she obtained a job on the basis of fake certificate. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. and he has falsely been implicated in this case. It has also been submitted that she has already resigned from her service and ready to abide by any condition imposed on her and she has no criminal antecedent. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1899 of 2019(4) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 situated co-accused have been granted privilege of bail vide order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60688 of 2018. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as discussed above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No. 97 of 2017,G.R. No. 2860 of 2017, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Begusarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. with condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
