Both the parties have submitted that trial has already been commenced, therefore, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed for quashing the order dated 19.01.2023 passed by learned Succ. Additional Sessions Judge, III, Barh, Patna passed in Sessions Trial No. 795 of 2022 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No. 302/2017.
