This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused, Ranjan Kumar Yadav.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2016, further, he has not been put on test identification parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21978 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1041 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, or successor Court.
