JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 5 12-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 379 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the allegations as made in the FIR even taken to be true, at best, would give rise to a civil dispute, as there is no allegation of inducement or dishonest intention right from the beginning.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks in the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur P.S .Case No. 379 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
