The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was the Branch Manager of the Bank. Allegation has been made, Rs.83,00,000/- was taken away by the petitioner from the Volt Box of the Bank and except Rs.8,00,000/- rest money i.e. Rs.75,00,000/- has been recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 27.5.2016. Looking to the period of custody, let petitioner, Nagendra Kumar Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Case No.127 of 2016, subject to the conditions that (i) one of the bailors shall be his wife and (ii) petitioner would participate in the court proceeding and in the event of being absent on two consecutive dates without any reason, the court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
