JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-02-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 09.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37483 of 2015 to the extent that Complaint Case No. 3390 of 2014 be read as Complaint Case No. 3390 of 2013 and for extending the period of surrender.

The said mistake perpetuated in the order dated 09.11.2015 since it has been wrongly mentioned in the main petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the petition during course of the day. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the Complaint Case No. be read as 3390 of 2013 and the period of surrender is extended by two weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7885 of 2016 (2) dt.23-02-2016 form the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case No. 3390 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Sri A.K. Srivastava, J.M., Ist Class, Saran at Chapra.

The order dated 09.11.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
