JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 01.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45851 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2015, up-till now no prosecution witness has been examined which is evident from the report of the learned trial court, the prayer of bail of the petitioner has been rejected by Hon'ble Apex Court also vide S.L. P. (Criminal) No. 3219 of 2016.

Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioner is the assailant.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21206 of 2017 (3) dt.12-07-2017 petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected. However, considering the period of detention, let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible, preferably within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
