The petitioner being the unmarried sister of the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report.

Her name sprang up during investigation. It is further submitted that the investigation is still pending against the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is not

No.13228 of 2015 (2) dt.31-03-2015 named in the First Information Report and she is unmarried girl, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2011, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
