The petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. case No. 316 of 2016, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 107 of 2017, under Section 399, 402, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b), a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The police got information that many criminals had assembled to commit cognizable offence and, on such, the police went to arrest the accused. On chase, seven accused persons were apprehended. The petitioner was one of them. On search, one Samsung mobile with SIM No. 7562056747 was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. No arms or ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is in jail for more than four months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Vaishali at Hajipur in Sessions Trial No. 107 of 2017 arising out of Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 316 of 2016.
