Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

90 liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Prosecution report has been submitted without proper investigation of the case. Petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2020.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11984 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Excise Case No.62 of 2020, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

Trial Court shall frame charge within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
