2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 455/2023 dated 22.10.2023 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 147, 149, 323, 325, 307, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons along with 15 unknown persons entered the house of the informant and the co-accused Dadan Ram told the other co-accused to assault the informant, in the meantime, the co-accused Ravi Ram fired with katta which did not hit the informant and the co-accused Lalu Ram assaulted the informant
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16462 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/3 with iron rod on his head causing injury. When the informant's son Arvind Kumar came to rescue, the co-accused Rahul Ram assaulted the informant's son, causing injury. When the informant's grandson came to rescue, the co-accused persons Surmen Ram and Ravi Ram assaulted him with lathi and butt of the pistol, causing injury. Thereafter, the co-accused Anjani Ram assaulted the informant's grandson with danda, causing injury. It is further alleged that the co-accused persons also assaulted the informant side by kicks and fists and after the assault the coaccused Dadan Ram told other co-accused person to rob the informant's house, then all the accused persons forcible entered into the house and took away all the costly items from the house. In the meantime, the co-accused Ravi snatched a gold chain from the neck of Arvind and Rahul Ram snatched a gold chain from the informant's neck.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is a member of the mob. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the allegation being general and omnibus against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Buxar in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 455/2023, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
