The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 399 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 436, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10835 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the instant case there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 399 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
