2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the authority slip has been issued and the amount has been credited into the account of the petitioner, however, the pension has not been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner.

3. Since the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhagalpur appears to have for some unethical reasons has not sanctioned the pension in favour of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3487 of 2023(5) dt.11-09-2023 2/2 petitioner, he is directed to forthwith sanction the pension in favour of the petitioner and redress the grievance of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of this order, otherwise the petitioner is at liberty to take legal action against the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Bhagalpur.

4. In case the petitioner is still aggrieved, she may file a detail representation before the concerned authority, which shall be disposed of within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
