2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3, vide order dated 29.08.2023 passed in B.P. No. 1848 of 2023, arising out of Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 151 of 2023 by the learned 4th Addl. Sessions Judge, Chapra, Saran.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
