2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's land has been encroached for the purpose of construction of road under the Mukhyamantri 7 Nischay Yojana of the Government of Bihar.

3. Counsel further submits that he has filed an application before the Circle Officer, but nothing happened, thereafter, he has filed an application before the Bihar Lok Sikayat Niwaran Adhiniyam and in the said order, the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer and its first appellate

Patna High Court CWJC No.4694 of 2023(2) dt.26-09-2023 2/2 authority have reached on the conclusion that the encroachment has been removed on 07.03.2022 and with this finding, the appellate authority has stopped the proceeding, thereafter, the petitioner has moved before this Court.

In the writ petition, the petitioner has not attached any document on the basis of which it can be said that the land belongs to petitioner except the application and the order passed by Public Grievance Redressal Officer and its appellate authority. From order of the appellate authority, it transpires that encroachment has been removed. As such, in the opinion of this Court, there is no case of the petitioner.

5. In this view of the matter, the present writ application is hereby dismissed.
