JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 26-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader No. 27 for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present matter stands on identical footing with C.W.J.C. No. 4130 of 2015, relating to the same petitioner which has been disposed of today with a direction for remand of the matter for reassessment.

It is submitted that in the present matter, the petitioner has in fact obtained the Form- F from the authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.4182 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 of the State of Jharkhand and would be in a position to submit the same before the assessing authority when the matter is remanded back.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present matter is also disposed of in terms of the order passed today in C.W.J.C. No. 4130 of 2015. The order dated 27.12.2014 is quashed and petitioner is directed to appear before the Assessing Authority on 27th April, 2015 at 11.30 A.M. for disposal of the proceedings afresh in accordance with law.
