The petitioner seeks bail in Chakand P.S. case No. 142 of 2019 registered under Section 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act. The police got information that some persons were quarreling near Chakand Bazar cinema hall but when police went there the persons who were quarreling with each other fled away. One Alto car bearing registration No. JH09A-4178 was found parked and on search two live cartridges were recovered from the front seat of the car. The petitioner is said to be owner of the car. The petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2019 and for recovery of two live cartridges the petitioner has remained in jail for about three and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10690 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gaya in connection with Chakand P.S. case No. 142 of 2019.
