Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 191 of 2016 registered under Sections- 324, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the first information report. He has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of co-accused as a member of the mob. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.01.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21242 of 2017 (3) dt.22-06-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge VIIth, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 191 of 2016, Sessions Trial No. 375 of 2017.
