The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 07.02.2018, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 46532 of 2017, thereafter, petitioner has filed second anticipatory bail application stating the new ground. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, their payer for anticipatory bail is rejected in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11058 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 410 of 2017 from the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
