The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioners is of realizing Rs. 2,04,000/- from the informant for providing employment abroad but neither employment was provided nor money was returned.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no proof with regard to payment and a statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9799 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2 / 2 for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No. 49 of 2013 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Rohtas at Sasaram.
With this observation, the application is disposed off.
