The petitioner seeks bail in Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 38/2017 (G.R. No. 739/2017), registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

06 litres of country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 09.03.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge 4th,
